Review on LG 27GQ50F B Ultragear Reduction Borderless 165Hz Gaming Monitor - 27GQ50F-B.AUSQ by Russell Smith

I bought this monitor for my PS4 Pro. I know the Pro can play 4K, but since you can choose between 4K or enhanced graphics/framerate in most games, I figured I'd go for the latter. I was more than impressed with what LG offers for the price. For just $175, you get a very good TN panel with a fast refresh rate, great response times, and vibrant colors. The picture quality is honestly so good that sometimes I forget I'm watching in 1080p. The ability to mount VESA at this price point is also a plus. This panel unfortunately falls off when viewed at an angle like many TNs do, but when viewed straight on it delivers a great image and silky smoothness. It would be nice if it had HDR, but for the price you can't beat this monitor. If you're looking for a quality gaming monitor for your game console or PC, this is a great choice - highly recommended.
