. Straps hold furniture and help me feel better. I used a pair for a bookshelf.
These straps hold furniture together and make me feel better. I used a pair for a bookshelf with a "cardboard" backing. I had to mount it on top, which doesn't support the particular design very well due to the way it's angled (I had to tie a knot on the strap). Also, perhaps due to the configuration, they have a lot of play, so if objects could fall off the furniture, like books on the bookshelf or a lamp on a dresser, the child could still be dangerously flung (but better than crushed by all the furniture to become).
