I don't know if it was my problem or the shampoo problem to be COMPLETELY honest but I'm not very happy anyway lol. I used my regular shampoo for a day or two while waiting and only bled a little (it was pink, I'm a stylist, wasn't expecting that heh lol). Looking in the mirror it looked like junk and was SO faded I was almost blonde again. I was shocked to say the least haha
