My wipers left gaps in the middle of the stroke. I changed the blades but the problem has only slightly improved. The springs in the levers weakened over time (16 years). This hand closes completely. The only problem is that, like the suspension parts I bought, the side says which side the arm is for. They're different. Lever 42534 for passenger and 42533 for driver. The only way to find this information is to go to Dorman 42534 or 42533 and find the correct page on another site.
