I ordered them with a rating of 5 (I usually rate 5.5 to 6) because in my experience with these types of shoes they stretch with wear. Originally I wanted to send them back because I couldn't even put the boot on without pushing my foot in. It was very comfortable and my feet didn't slide in easily. I decided to put them on and see how they feel. They were a little tighter than I wanted but I was right. Since wearing them during the day they have stretched a bit and now they fit just right. I wear them with very thin socks. They are really cute and comfy. The padding in the shoe makes them perfect for everyday wear and walking. I also like that it's a little thicker at the bottom and gives me a little more height but doesn't quite look like a platform heel. At 4'11 I'll take any size I can! I ordered a pair from the Soda brand for 5.5 and after a week of wearing the shoes are so stretched my feet practically slip out of them. I am planning to replace them with a pair of black ones from this brand.
