I make the best dumplings and spaetzle [or spaetzle], my wife, kids and friends tell me, and I mostly use them instead of store-bought dried pasta. I've been using a traditional spinning spaetzle maker, more of a food grinder with big holes, for too many years. It's really torture to balance on the pot while the bear is cleaning. This spaetzle maker is stylish and easy to clean and store. Too bad I didn't know that 40 years ago. Now my brother wants and he will tell my sisters. Well, Christmas is coming sooner or later, and it's at a very reasonable price.
