We bought a column for the kids, and they were so excited about it that they stood in the hallway for two days while they set it up and explained how it worked to the kids. When they moved it to the nursery after using it for two days, it stopped working there. After carefully inspecting everything, they discovered that the power supply wire was damaged. Closer to the power supply, I discovered another bubble in the wire insulation in addition to an obvious wire break. Although it was definitely a marriage, when I wrote to those support, technical support responded that mechanical damage was not a warranty issue and offered to buy a new power supply. I entered 1 for general technical support. It was up to me to "prick" the power supply, cut off the bubble-filled piece of the cable, and then re-solder it. I conclude that you should check the power cord for bubbles, which denote a marriage, before turning on the station for the first time.
