I've been looking for a gaming monitor for a long time. But since it was my first, like everyone else, I studied it to hell. I found this particular monitor to be the best value for money. I have all LG 4K TVs at home, so why not add a gaming monitor? I have an Xbox One X and mostly play FPS, mostly Halo 5. I will play other games but Halo is my king. The monitor is super smooth, super clear and does not reflect light in or around the screen. This is by far the best investment I could have made in my games. For comparison, I got my son a $150 Ben Q monitor for Christmas, and he has an Xbox One S. When he first saw me play, he was amazed at how clear and smooth it was . His exact word was "HOW?" So this is by far the best value for gaming in terms of monitors. If you have a 4K gaming system like the Xbox One X, do yourself a favor and buy one. Now. Trust me you don't want to miss this gem of a find.
