Review on FCI CCM by Tay Tran

I like that this software allows me to be more efficient in my workday. It also allows to manage our employees' emails by providing an individual mailbox for each employee. The interface is not very user-friendly and you have to spend some time to get used to it. There are better alternatives out there. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a good understanding about the computer world. We use it to send newsletters to our customers and we can see when they open or read them. It's easy to set up and configure because it has many different options.
