Great value for money. except that they are in a hurry and do not check that certain parts actually meet their specifications, especially for parts that need to be connected. Example: Shelf A and B connecting A have twin bolts that slide in and connect to B and should be flush, but both of Shelf A's bolts/inserts were bent and couldn't align properly or even insert the other half. I ended up having to bend the bar and push inward to get the parts to fit properly. Overall a great product for the price but if a customer ordered this item and didn't have the strength or knowledge of how to bend the steel frame they would not assemble properly and would have to request a new model.
