You can set up a search template with a few parameters for a quick and accurate search. The search can be saved for a later date. You can also view the search on a map. The map doesn't always center on you, so you can't know how accurate the search is. The search is good, but you can't know what is accurate. You can use a map to show the search parameters to be accurate for a contractor. You can also view the location and time the search is saved. You can use the results for time and expenses. The best part about this software is that it has all your job documents in one place which makes them searchable at any given point, also you can access from anywhere as long its connected to internet; I dislike how sometimes when i am looking up something specific my computer freezes (which happens quite often) therefore making me unable use certain parts of dado until restarting/rebooting again but thats not really an issue because there's always another way around if needed.
