Easy to assemble. This time when the seller said it was easy to assemble, it was actually easy to assemble. Twist a few poles with your hands, then screw in small poles to hold the clothes, and you have a really beautiful and functional sable coat/headwear hanger. I really couldn't believe how heavy the base is on this one. I suppose it can tip over, but no more than a crane can bend. It looks really good and looks great standing on the side of the main entrance/exit door to our home. The instructions were foolproof, but to be honest you don't need instructions to figure out how to put this together. Even a caveman used to be able to do that.
