Not a true 22 yard ribbon.
The ribbon was shiny on one side, but not on the other side. A little shy of 4 inches wide, but not a problem for most uses. I was a little upset that they advertised it as one continuous ribbon on a spool, when in reality, it is two continuous ribbons. After I rolled out about 4 four feet sections of ribbon, I saw the ribbon had been cut and taped. It worked out ok for my project, but if you were needing the 22 yards in one long ribbon, be careful ordering this product.
