Review on Noctua NH-D15S Dual-Tower CPU Cooler with NF-A15 PWM Fan - Premium Brown Edition by Andrea Bone

Excellent CPU cooler. It's simple and I can definitely see how compatible this cooler can be. The fan is quiet and the build quality is good. It comes with 3 different user guides that are easy to understand and follow. I have a small complaint. Installation was easy, down to attaching the fine to the mounting brackets. It was a little difficult to screw. Screw one side too tight and you won't be able to screw the other side. The error rate is surprisingly low. The task becomes even more difficult if you don't remove the motherboard from the case. (I didn't) but this was my first time replacing a CPU cooler and I was probably a little nervous which ended up making things harder than they needed to be. At least I assume that's the case. Although the screws attaching the ribs to the mounting bracket were spring loaded, it was difficult to actually align the screws and engage the threads. I don't know why this is, it just seems to make things worse. All in all, despite the difficulties I've encountered, this is a great CPU cooler, simple design, great instructions, and easy installation. I would recommend this to a friend. Finally, I would recommend removing your motherboard to install this cooler. I think this will alleviate the problem of installing a cooler, but I just didn't want to mess with the motherboard when I didn't need it. I'm good at making simple things complex.
