The lining of one sleeve was twisted so the arm didn't go through. The jacket looked like someone had already returned it as she had curly hair. I don't know who is responsible for the packaging, Revain or the seller, but when I opened the package I found a candy wrapper. The jacket was in a clear plastic bag folded in half and the sleeve looked like it had been placed between them on purpose.
