The wireless charging of the first generation leaves a lot to be desired.
This is not fast charging, the included cable has USB A on the power supply end (USB C on the device end); This will limit charging to 5W. The charging pad is also very sensitive to the phone's position, being out of range on all charging stops. You have to press the power button to turn it on every time you want to use it. The LEDs are very bright and distract from the other lights on my dash and infotainment console.
