Very happy with the purchase. I was looking for a replacement for an old MacBook Pro - I needed a stylish and powerful laptop. Despite the shortcomings described, I am completely satisfied and recommend it for purchase. I didn't find any direct alternatives. Different pros: Screen: - 4K is really amazing. I thought it was pampering, but it turned out to be super-nice to work with. The dots are not visible at all. - Color rendition. Screen just like the picture - Touch. I also thought it was a toy. It turned out to be much more convenient than working with the touchpad in most tasks. General power: Processor, SSD, video - everything is OK. No problem pulling on low settings Far Cry 5. The design is interesting, it’s really convenient to poke on the sofa like a tablet Opens with one hand, no need to hold the bottom of the laptop. Quiet enough. The battery lasts a very long time (hours). Completely metal. Optimal set of ports: 2 USB 3.0 + USB-C Good sound. Has cons: There is no fingerprint scanner. How can this be in a laptop of this level? The touchpad is average, especially after a MacBook. But the touch screen helps. 12 GB of memory is not enough for engineering tasks. The backlighting of the keyboard is terrible, during the day white letters light up, and the inscriptions on the keys are not visible at all. Perfect in the dark, of course. The BP is big and heavy. The stylus is dull.
