Review on AntBuddy Call Center by Richard Miller

Great for customer service departments

Their team is quick at resolving issues! They are very responsive to requests that we have made through their ticketing system or via email (as well as taking screenshots of our screens). The interface can be confusing but they do offer training sessions if you'd like them to help get used to it all out there. We've been using this software since its inception so I'm not sure what problems others may encounter with new features / changes within recent updates - however no bugs found yet from us here either which makes me feel confident about continuing forward into next year's upgrade cycle too. This would definitely benefit any small business looking to set up an automated call centre without paying high monthly charges. It has saved time by having everything done automatically instead of manually answering each phone number myself every day after work hours etc., plus saving money over multiple outsourced services where rates were higher than those available directly though antbuddy themselves.
