I don't usually write reviews but this stuff is awesome. I worked on my deadlift but got stuck at 455 pounds. I felt like my body could support the weight, but it kept slipping out of my hands just after the weight was off the floor. I hate slings and can never get them to work properly, plus having to wrap them every time sucks. So I took a closer look at the lifting hooks, but didn't want to give up having to reach for the bar myself. I was skeptical of liquid chalk because I didn't think it would magically hold me to the pole. But I was desperate so I tried this product. And it worked a lot more than I imagined. Warmed up normally and then reached 455. I painted it with liquid chalk and it dried in 10 seconds. The weight came up easily and I had no problem holding it. Right after that I went to 475 and was able to pick it up too. It's amazing that my personal record went up 20 pounds just because of that. I highly recommend it.
