The guest book was well packaged and contained everything listed. When we very carefully removed the plastic film cover by hand, the underlying glass/plastic panel was actually scratched. Everything else is in perfect condition and of excellent quality. Super durable! The wooden hearts were clean and came in their own Organax bag. They fit well in the top grooves without snagging. The sign is cute and easy to assemble in just a few seconds. The included stand to hold it while receiving is a nice touch too! I think it's great that you can then hang it on the wall like a picture frame. I contacted the seller about the scratches, and they responded immediately and went above and beyond with their customer service, i would give 100 stars if i could! They immediately sent us a new one, returned the money and sent warm wishes for the wedding. 100% recommended. This is a great alternative to the guestbook and is exactly what I was dreaming of!
