You never know what to expect when ordering an unknown branded product over the Internet. but I was very pleasantly surprised by this lock. It fits perfectly and works great. It was a bit of trial and error as there was no installation guide and I deleted the old one a long time ago. My sliding glass door has a key lock on the outside and this is my first attempt. The interior lock worked but the key lock didn't. The point was to remove the lock assembly by rotating the part that the lock lugs fit into. Picked it up and has been working great ever since. Been using it for a little over a month so far so good.
