If this is what you're after for a job site, look elsewhere. If you need it for small jobs and don't expose it to heavy tools/nails/screws on a daily basis, this is perfect. I bought this for my wife to help hang side panels on a small project house but mostly to keep her from stealing my leather belt. Very light and perfect for holding screws and hanging a hammer/drill and utility knife. No tears, but again it was used sparingly under light strain. Adjustable, comfortable and so light you won't even notice. I'd probably pick it up first for gardening simply because it's so light and comfortable to wear, but I wouldn't trust it for long on construction work.
