This was a great upgrade. I have researched and watched many YouTube videos. Among other upgrades, this was the missing part needed to tame the car, minus the installation of Koni dampers. I have a 2016 Ford E450 Thor Class C motorhome. You will need a 10mm head, a mallet and a 3" extension. Once the car is leveled (which I did with the auto levelers) it takes about 20 minutes to complete the job. You need to reinstall the OEM 10mm. Screw and tighten down and back to clean treads. I put a few drops of 3 n 1 oil on the faces of the bolts to lubricate the rails and make the sumo easier to install. Ready for a test drive.
