I'm still overweight
I usually do this 3 times in a row. I usually get a pretty good average score the 3rd time. It can reach 5-7 pounds. Not enough to stop the diet, but enough not to feel guilty about eating a size 2 candy bar or biting off a "bigger" piece of chocolate. Cake. All in all, it serves its purpose and looks stylish on my bathroom floor.
