good car Terrible customer service

Let me start by saying that the machine works quite well but I hope you never have a single problem with the machine as the customer service is terrible. I have the Indigogo version. Cars. Basically, the machine works great. Please be sure to research before purchasing. The car is small. Its 5.5-inch screen is bright, 720p, but the windows look tiny and the icons are just as tiny and can be hard to touch. The touch keyboard is not very good. It works, but don't expect to be able to type on it much. There are no raised keys, so it's hard to understand what you're typing, and Windows doesn't have the nice predictive typing experience of iOS or Android. The machine runs fast and is quite pleasant to play with, and the joystick controls are quite pleasant. Overall, the device gets 4 stars (minus 1 for the keyboard). But why did I rate it so badly? The customer service is not only terrible but also quite abusive. I received one of at least 150 machines that come with an Intel AC7265 WIFI chip instead of the AX200. We don't know exactly how many devices were affected, but we do know that at least 150 were affected. The item is listed with the AX200, the Indiegogo site has the specs for the AX200, however many of us have the AC7265. We all asked them to solve this problem. Their response is that they can either 1) refund a whopping $30 (from a $1,000+ machine) or 2) send us the AX200 chip for us to install ourselves. Please note that the ICs are SOLDERED ON THE MOTHERBOARD and ARE NOT USER REPLACEABLE. Therefore we need to find a professional mechanic who can desolder the AC7260 and re-solder it to the AX200 without damaging the device. Basically they screwed it up, quickly pulled one out and replaced a component of our device and in return took $30 off a $1000 computer or let us try to desolder the existing chip and re-solder onto the new chip. I really just want what I paid for and they are NOT willing to help. This is definitely a niche machine, it works well for what it's designed for and for its target audience. However, I just hope no one has any problems past the Revain return policy as the customer service is absolutely terrible. Please also check your machine for the advertised specifications. Perhaps you're one of the "lucky ones" who received a device with a replacement NIC that may not have passed their stringent quality control (like the other 150 of us)!
