I have used this set twice for stuck screws. I soaked the first bolt in penetrating grease for 24 hours and even used a flashlight to heat the bolt but nothing worked. I went to the auto zone and bought a set of socket pin extractors and it blew up the socket right away. Then I gave up for a few days while waiting for this set to arrive. Within 5 minutes of receiving this set I had this darn bolt. A few days later I had a rusty bolt mounted to my turbo buck. It took an incredible amount of effort but this extractor worked and I used the same 10mm head, even after using it a second time I could say it would work again. The frames are made of very well hardened metal which will definitely last a long time. The grooves are machined to only work for extracting. So don't expect this to be a one-size-fits-all set. The same ribbing really grips when removed. They are amazing and worth every penny, they are great at relieving frustration. I will now buy any size they offer.
