My time spent as a Fermentaholics client was not satisfying. The goods were inferior, and the service was poor, despite the claims made in the advertising. The fermentation packages were subpar and failed to deliver the goods. The fermentation process was frustrating and perplexing because the directions were unclear and difficult to follow. The customer support was also unresponsive and unhelpful. I reached out with some queries and concerns, but the responses I got were evasive and unhelpful. My time spent with Fermentaholics was generally unpleasant and unfulfilling. If you are looking to begin or advance your fermentation business, I would not suggest you contact this firm.
