we bought two of them (for eight and six years) and two months later they both broke. My son's watch worked but it stopped tracking his steps (which was the reason for the purchase) and my daughter's face just broke, we tried to charge it but couldn't turn it on. My kids aren't particularly rough or demanding, so it was frustrating to take a break so early, especially since they're made FOR kids. It was also very difficult to sync them to my phone, I was able to sync one by one but then I had one drive, I guess another if I want to see the stats for another cat
