Great:* The small water tank holds enough water for dozens of full curls.* It can create perfect curls in 4-8 seconds! (See FIRST PICTURE) Answers to questions and criticisms I've seen: Q: IS THIS A COUNTERFEIT? A: If yes, then it is as good as the original! I've had it for 5 months and it has withstood frequent use and multiple falls from 6ft (I'm on the clumsy side of being very clumsy). Once or twice when I dropped it the water box popped out but it popped up again, no damage no problem. burned down. This has never happened to me, although initially I got tangled in my hair several times. IF YOUR HAIR IS ENTANGLED: 1. First, gently and gently pull your hair. And you can repeat as you like by dividing those two curls into four.* If you have thick hair like mine, use bobby pins to hold the top 2/3 of your hair in place while you curl the bottom 3rd . Then do the middle. Finally, the tip.* To get the tightest curl, set the timer to "no", it will still auto-release, but after 10 seconds instead of 8.* For maximum volume, turn off the steam to allow you to curl each strand can hold.
