Pros: The chair came a day earlier than expected. Stable, wide chair with comfortable armrests for ergonomic typing. Easy construction. The leather material is very soft and smooth. A VERY solid chair with lots of steel and just the right amount of support. I'm 6" 3" 260 and have at least three inches between each thigh and the armrest bars when I'm seated. Easy to assemble by yourself after figuring out a shortcut (see tip below). Cons: The box was LOST on arrival (the contents were very well protected so the product was not damaged). I wish it reclined a little more and never hit the breaking point so you can remain passive in the prone position. A bit of foot pressure on the ground solves the problem, but I prefer to sit back and stay there. TIP: Instructions are so-so, but hardly necessary if you've ever assembled a chair. When assembling, make sure the screw that connects the armrest bar to the middle part of the backrest is tightened a few turns BEFORE attaching it to the underside of the chair - this will make the job a lot easier.
