I've never liked WiFi video monitors because I just don't believe in a secure connection. I liked that it's connected to the 2.4GHz radio because it's a one-to-one connection, or at least a lot less vulnerable. I'm not the type to use them very often and my 2 month old son doesn't actually sleep on his own much but it has come in handy a number of times. I love the camera's simplicity and portability, allowing me to place it in any room or location I need it to be. The night vision works very well, allowing me to see what's going on without having to squint or zoom in too much. The biggest plus is that the signal amplification is pretty strong. I like the two story house and there wasn't a single connection problem anywhere in the house. If you're looking for basic, no-frills, or additional features, this is for you.
