Review on Dokili Throttle 309051050 Prelude 309 05 1050 by Jeremy Flint

The plate is stuck in the hole, causing the throttle to stick open and closed. To fix this problem, my tuner and I had to disassemble the TB, file and deburr the plate, especially around the shaft, and replace the cam spring and dumb plastic bushing with the original spring and bushing to prevent sticking. The OEM camera CANNOT be used. We then adjusted the throttle stop until it was stuck in the closed position. Then we barely turned the stopper back until the panel no longer stuck in the closed position. After that, a stable idling could be achieved. The fittings did not fit, but everything is correct in terms of length/thread. The seal was great. Junk product in my opinion, but we got it working and it certainly moves more air.
