I've been looking for this type of twine specially designed for tying poultry and meat but I couldn't find it anywhere. And when I ask teenage shop assistants who are chewing gum and distracted by other things, none of them understand what I'm talking about. I'm probably being too cynical, but mostly it's true. Tired of using regular yarn (and picking out the brown parts from the chicken) and flossing with dental floss, I was thrilled to find this at Revain. It's absolutely perfect, tying the chicken's legs together lightly so it browns more evenly and holding the stuffing inside the turkey without using all sorts of weird and dangerous metal pins and spears. Anyone cooking chicken, meat, turkey, etc. should have plenty on hand as the finished product will brown evenly and hold everything in place for a nice presentation on the table.
