Updated 5/16/2021. First of all I would like to apologize to everyone who bought this shower head based on my previous review. I'm sorry. I'm really. A few years ago, the showerhead began leaking between the light gray spray disc and the metal plastic shroud. It's getting worse. So much water seeps through the seam that the actual shower jet now resembles a 90-year-old man with prostate problems. A quick Google search shows this is not uncommon. Apparently the inner seals wear out over time and start to leak. There are videos on YouTube showing how to repair a shower head. I'm sorry but this is a $250 showerhead and needs to be sturdy. My $0.10? Buy a $30 shower head from Delta. This is beautiful, but an absolute waste. ************** Original Review - We installed this shower head a week ago and love it. It's big enough to offer good coverage and has enough water flow to wash away soap, shampoo and dirt. The reason I'm only giving it four stars is because the "brushed nickel" finish is actually metalized plastic. Plastic has its pros and cons (corrosion resistance in particular), but I would expect to see it in a $25 showerhead, not one that costs $225. At this price I expect metal.
