In an ideal world the flange would be larger so I could just carefully pour epoxy in there instead of using a nut. There's no way in God's green earth to take my car's dashboard apart just to tighten that nut. No, I didn't have to disassemble the dashboard to install the radio. To get to the cigarette lighter on my particular car, especially in the back, I would have to remove the center console. No thank you. The USB connector is a VERY tight connection, which is both good and bad. If you want to disconnect the cable frequently, it will be annoying. If you leave the cable plugged in all the time like I did, you'll appreciate it. Didn't use the AUX port but thought I might have one if I have one. The cables are too long but I understand why they are.
