Same as $20+ models! Surprisingly, it perfectly reaches the under-eye area, which bothered me. I wouldn't buy one of the metal rollers because they don't stay cold for more than a minute. This stayed cold continuously for about 10 minutes and I use it on my whole face (except the nose is hard to roll up). would recommend
