High performance and ease of use

It was very easy to assemble, just two steps. Safe to use, the blades are plastic-coated to protect against cuts. Two stage blades and a very powerful machine. I use it regularly to grind ginger and garlic, it makes a smooth paste. I like that it is easy to work with and easy to clean after use.
