Works great. Don't believe the negative reviews from scammers, especially those that clean the rubber basin and the brush head wiggles back and forth. It was completely staged. The tool works as described and if you use it as intended, it works well. As shown in the product video, use short strokes like a hand broom. The head does not wobble when used correctly. It's a life saver for me and since I'm small it helps me reach all the tiles without having to stand on anything. The bristles of the brush are stiff and perfectly clean soap residue. The head is interchangeable and popped out of me once, but it's easy to return. I'm not sure why some people have such trouble with it.
