Was mainly bought for precise weighing when preparing sourdough, but has also proven itself for other work. That there are results in other units, such as B. fluid ounces, is a real advantage. The tare function makes weighing ingredients in containers quick and easy, eliminating age-related errors. The scale is very nice looking, neat and compact, yet big enough to hold almost everything I need to weigh. I wonder how I can get the cat to sit on it calmly. All in all a very nice addition to my kitchen arsenal and I am very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately, the "Bonus Card" is included, which the seller does not accept. It's a shame as the product is of excellent quality. I don't need extra incentive to write a positive review - I did anyway - but I don't condone bait-and-switch tactics. I have emailed the seller several times regarding this and all I have gotten back is nonsense. Great product, rude seller.
