The software is simple to use, easy to install without any technical knowledge required which makes it ideal for IT administrators who are not very familiar with technology like storage devices or operating systems.

It also provides great support from their customer service department when needed. There isn't much I dislike about this product at all as far as price goes but there have been occasions where you would think that certain functions could be improved (e.g., more granular access controls). We've found ourselves needing high-speed external data backup solutions due to our business's growth in recent years so we were able to find what we need through research of different vendors' products.
