Review on 🎥 Syrp Genie Camera Motion Control System by Oscar Ferrell

I invested in a Genie system a little over a year ago. First I bought Genie Mine. Then I added a full size pan Genie, a second Genie Mini and then a pan/tilt mount. I wanted it to work so badly. I worked with the system for hours. But after more than a year I can report that this system is buggy, unreliable, difficult to use and noisy. Do not purchase this system or any of its components. I feel like there are too many issues to name, but a few issues that come to mind: - Bluetooth keeps turning off - Constant prompts to download a firmware update even when it's not available is - Difficult software to use with very little control - Sometimes when the Genie Mini would get out of control and spin randomly while setting it up. Sometimes the Genie Mini lost touch with the larger Genie. I finally found a way to restart the device and plug it into a power source which seemed to fix the problem - the great mind is EXTREMELY curious. Do not under any circumstances use this for interviews or any other media that requires audio recording. - Bad support. At first their support team replied but after a while I didn't hear from them. In the end I had to end the collaboration. I lost so much time trying to get this to work. I just sold everything on eBay. And yes, I lost a lot of money too. The company has announced a new system, but it won't be available until the end of this year or next. Do not use this version for now. In the end I decided to switch to the Rhino system and I am very satisfied.
