While fitting them to a bike is fairly easy (I've used them on Schwinn) and can take 15 minutes, it can take the next two hours to set them up properly. Part of my experience comes from using it on a bike with a front fork; Unless you use your own spacers, the parts provided will not hold the front fender off the tire. (I had to adjust the front fender height similar to the tire pressure). For the job they were designed for (to protect me and the bike from splashes), they do a good job; I just don't recommend them for bikes with front forks.
