Review on Efficient Cleaning with the Karcher KB5 Cordless Sweeper in Yellow by Philip Latham

Sorry, I have to return this item. While sweeping hard floors is good, it kept getting caught on my carpet as the back end of the sweeper lifted and a red flashing light came on until I picked it up and put it back on the ground. My carpet is not a thick carpet. The construction was also disappointing. The silver buttons didn't fully fit the black connectors. You had to make them click. I couldn't get her down far enough to do it. None of the handles fit properly. When I read that this device is made in Germany, I expected a much higher quality. The statement that it is made in Germany does not mean that all parts are made in the said country. The company needs to review its quality control.
