I use them to make gluten free hamburger buns. FYI, I grew up in a wheat growing area and I love the taste of wheat. However, as I got older, I developed all sorts of allergies. Now my doctors are telling me to avoid nuts, gluten and lactose. Damn. But I love hamburgers, bread and food. So I bake my own bread, including hamburger buns. These products make my life bearable. Here's the trick: Halfway through cooking, place the buns on a baking sheet dusted with cornmeal or parchment paper to brown the bottom. I love hamburgers and good burgers need edible buns. I recommend them over trying to make those silly aluminum foil rings that many gluten-free hamburger bun recipes offer. I've tried and won't do it again. This pan produces slightly smaller buns, so be aware that if your recipe (like mine) yields 8 large buns, either your buns will rise higher than normal or you'll have to use them to make about 9-10 buns. I hope this makes sense and helps other gluten free cooks.
