I love this bun pan! I managed to make my own hamburger buns as we live about 30 miles from any store that has decent buns and I love a good hamburger! I never need sprays or anything like that. Everything just slips out! I want to replace all my pots with this brand!

This is a great shape for cupcakes. Each pie cavity is about 4 1/2 inches at the top and about 4 inches at the bottom. They leave a little more acidity than your average mini tart. Most mini tarts are about 2-3 inches in diameter. The extra inch gives you a better pie size. It's not just 2-3 bites and done. The whole pan is big. It's good that the tarts are all connected.
