WOW! This pan is amazing! I love the unique size/shape. Great for different things. To try it for the first time, I made mini chocolate pecan tarts (added bonus: recipe is from the USA Pans website)! I figured something this sticky would be a good test of the non-stick coating's capabilities. Thankfully, this pan did surprisingly well! Even pies that had the filling bubbling over the crust and sticking to the pan popped up NOW! None had the slightest damage to the crust from sticking. Really impressive! They baked very well, the bottom did not get wet (without blind baking), all the cakes were baked evenly. Finally, these pans are very easy to clean. Simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth, rinse and dry. I can't wait to use it for so many other things!
