I love this bed base. It is my first ever adjustable bed frame. I will always have one after this. The only downside is the remote. The flat buttons are VERY sensitive. If you are trying to adjust this in the dark, you end up having to push buttons to get it to light up. Instead of lowering my feet, I end up raising the head and then quickly having to look to see where the right button is. The lights are bright and very quick to turn off.If this company offered a different remote, maybe with glow in the dark buttons or tactile buttons, I would pay for a replacement - I love the actual base that much.Please send me a different remote!
