Very loud squeak

I make reviews based on my real opinion. Sometimes companies send me items for review and I tell them not to send them in unless they want my honest reviews and let people know I've been asked for a review. Several companies have contacted me and asked why I gave such a bad review. I had a company trying to tell me what to write in my review. I've had companies try to ask me to say something bad about other products. I say the same to everyone. I review all items honestly. Reading many reviews from others makes it easy for me now to understand if someone is reviewing for a company and if that review is biased because the company provided the product to them. I can also usually tell when a company is trying to beat a competitor. A lot of them aren't native English speakers and they don't change their words, so it seems like they all swear at them the same way. I'm saying all of this so you know I'm trying my best to provide as honest feedback as possible. This item was not gifted to me. I bought it myself. Two things: 1. No matter what, when I use this scraper there is such a loud squeak. My son on the other side of the big house asks me if I kill the dog or something. I'm using this on a large 2 foot tile and was trying to brush the water off the foam rubber part and it just made this high pitched noise. There were streaks left over that I didn't have with my cheap grocery store squeegee I had before. 2. The previous scraper was cheap rubber and broke after 6 months but in that time it did a great job on the tiles. It was only about 5 or 6 inches wide so I figured a wider surface might be better. I get streaks, but I also noticed that the edges on each side of the tile weren't flush. If I try to apply pressure on one side, the other side shuts down even more. As for durability. I only put 2 parts together because it didn't take me that long. I tile the wall in the bathroom. I don't like leaving bad reviews, and if a company wants to talk to me, I have a few design ideas that might solve that problem. I'm very surprised that more people don't mention this loud noise. Not only is it a bit noisy and after testing it on different surfaces I really believe this is the material used in the product and the only way to attach it is with a different material. If the company agrees to work with me and actually changes heads, I'll come back and update my review - hopefully for the better.
