Well designed for dementia and alzheimers. Initially I had trouble downloading music. It had a lot more songs than advertised but it was the kind of music my wife likes so I was surprised when I didn't see the music I uploaded. I emailed the UK company that built it and got an immediate response. I did everything right, I just wasn't ready for the fact that there will be so many songs on it. Once I figured out what happened I deleted almost all of the songs they had preinstalled and uploaded my own music and it's been working great ever since. Music loads just like any other USB drive. Music must be in MP3 format. This doesn't work with iTunes music because it's the wrong format, but there are plenty of good MP3 music of all kinds on the internet.
