It's been a few decades since my last electric shaver. Based on this experience I wasn't expecting much. I'm *very* pleasantly surprised. I shave in the shower and I do that with this Panasonic Arc3 - shave in the shower with shaving foam. This gives a very close shave - within a hair, like with a blade. (Yes, it's a pun, but this thing shaves really close.) I haven't gotten any razor burns, and certainly no cuts. To clean, I just take off the foil head and hold it under the shower head. super easy. One charge lasts for a week of shaving; That is much. Charging takes about an hour. Provided it stays waterproof, I expect to use it for years. :-)
